According to Chillicothe Police reports, 44 yr old William T. Diltz, 44, of 2538 Massieville Road was arrested Thursday after a traffic stop from leaving the America's Best Value Inn yielded drugs and a gun after a search. The stop was made on E. Main after a police K9 alerted to the vehicle and a search was conducted where meth, a suboxone pill and a loaded pistol were discovered. diltz was of felony probation as well and was wearing a ankle monitor. He was transported to the Ross County Jail and charged with a third-degree felony charge of possession of methamphetamine, having weapons under disability, improper handling of a firearm in a car, driving under suspension, and fictitious plates
